A Support Contract Designed for Flexibility, Full Control, and Visibility
- In this support contract model, there is no fixed monthly fee. The cost is proportional to the hours actually used during the period. For example, if no hours are consumed in a given month, there will be no charge for that period.
- The client controls the hours used through the support portal, where they can request and track services, along with detailed weekly reports. For complex demands, we send time estimates for prior approval.
- The support contract can be canceled at any time, with no minimum commitment, upon 30 days’ notice. In addition, our SLAs are flexible and adaptable to client needs.
